At Old Bar Merciful Touch Best Care, we provide practical assistance to support safe transfers and mobility within the home or community setting, where included in your NDIS plan. This may involve assistance with moving between surfaces, repositioning, standing, sitting, or using mobility aids safely.

Supports are delivered in a way that prioritises safety, comfort and individual preferences. Our team follows safe manual handling practices and works in line with your support plan to ensure assistance is appropriate to your needs.

The focus of this support is to reduce the risk of injury, promote safe movement, and help you participate in daily routines with the level of assistance outlined in your NDIS plan.

All services are provided under NDIS Registration Group 0107 – Assistance with Personal Activities, within our approved scope and in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards.
