Innovative Community Participation

Travel and Transport Support

Mobility and Transfer Assistance
We assist with safe mobility and transfer support, enhancing participant confidence and comfort during everyday movement needs. This includes support with walking, transferring between surfaces, and using mobility aids where appropriate.

Errands and Shopping Support
Our team offers practical support with routine errands such as grocery shopping and other essential tasks. These services help participants maintain independence and manage daily living responsibilities with confidence and ease.

Assist-Life Stage, Transition
We provide Assist-Life Stage, Transition support to help participants build the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to manage important life changes and work towards greater independence. We can assist with developing skills to increase independence, building confidence in decision-making and problem-solving, establishing and maintaining daily routines, planning for changes in living arrangements or support needs and more.

Development-Life skills
Our supports are tailored to individual goals and focus on developing the abilities needed to manage daily activities and participate more independently in the community. Our support may include assistance with communication skills, budgeting, meal planning, household management, travel training, decision-making, problem-solving, social skills, and developing routines that support greater independence. We work alongside participants to build capacity, achieve personal goals, and strengthen everyday life skills.

Group/Centre Activities
Our support is designed to encourage community participation, personal development, and meaningful engagement with others. Our activities may include life skills programs, social and recreational activities, community outings, wellbeing activities, creative programs, and group-based learning opportunities. We support participants to build confidence, develop relationships, learn new skills, and work towards their individual goals while participating in enjoyable group experiences.

Community Nursing Care
Our community nursing services offer professional care and health support in the home. This can include monitoring health conditions, supporting clinical needs, and helping participants maintain wellbeing and independence with appropriate nursing assistance.

Household Task
We support NDIS participants with everyday household tasks to help maintain a clean, safe, and organised home environment. Supports can be tailored to individual needs and may include general cleaning, tidying, laundry, changing bed linen, and basic home organisation. Our team delivers support in a respectful, person-centred way to promote independence, comfort, and wellbeing.

Light Housekeeping and Laundry
We assist participants with maintaining a clean, organised, and safe home environment. Support includes light housekeeping and laundry tasks to help participants live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

Assist – Personal activities
We support participants with everyday personal care and daily living tasks while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. Our support may include assistance with personal hygiene, showering, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, medication support, and daily routines. We work closely with participants to deliver person-centred support that align with their individual goals, preferences, and support needs.

Daily Tasks/Shared Living
Our supports are designed to promote independence, develop life skills, and encourage active participation within the home environment. Our supports may include assistance with meal preparation, household tasks, personal care, budgeting, shopping, daily routines, and developing skills to manage everyday responsibilities. We work alongside participants to build confidence, increase independence, and support them to achieve their individual goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Participate Community
We provide Participate Community support to help participants engage in social, recreational, and community activities that align with their interests, goals, and aspirations. Our support focuses on promoting inclusion, building confidence, and encouraging meaningful participation within the community. Our supports may include assistance to attend community events, social outings, recreational activities, appointments, local groups, and other community-based opportunities.
